REFUNDS/RETURNS

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the products you have ordered. As a result, we offer you a full refund of the price you have paid for the products if you are dissatisfied, although we may deduct from the refunded purchase price any shipping and handling charges. In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide us all the information we ask for, and comply with all other terms specified on this website for such purpose. 1) Please take care in packaging your returned products to us. All Merchandises can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 90 days of the original date of purchase. 2) All products returned must be 100% complete, containing ALL original boxes and materials, must contain all manuals and original manufacturers' bottles with the original (NPN/Product) codes and any documentation included with the original shipment. 3) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of returned merchandise. 4) Returns only cover to the original purchaser (one refund) based on a single user of the product. 5) Full or partially used items can be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund. 6) We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and your account is properly credited. Our Refund Department will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. 7) Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days of being received at our warehouse. We will send an email to you once your refund is processed. If you need to return an item, please simply contact us @ our e-mail address listed bellow, so we can provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. We will refuse to accept packages that do NOT have a RMA# on the outside of the box. To claim your refund under this guarantee, please Contact Us.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available". This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
