Go to your local Western Union® office and make a payment using Quick Pay (see procedures below). Email your order to us.

Once your Western Union® Quick Pay payment has been made, please email us your MTCN transfer number, Shipping Address, phone and email. We will update your order and create an account for you for this order and future orders.

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a Ship Confirmation email once your order has shipped, if an email address has been included with your order information.

What are the shipping methods?

All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging, carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We Provide Fast Reliable Shipping To All Countries: DHL Express and Global Mail.

Most orders arrive within 5-14 days. Please be patient whilst the item travels overseas, as sometimes the package may take a few days to clear through customs. A card for the item may be left at your address which you may need to sign or you could also need to collect the it from your local postal office.

Customer discretion is our priority. All our packages are dispatched in plain packaging for your piece of mind. We respect customer privacy. Your order will be discreetly packaged with no references to posture or height on the package contents.

Returns & Refunds?

If for any reason your are not fully satisfied with your Growth-FlexV® Pro System package, please return us all original manufacturer's bottles with the remaining materials, manuals and other documentation, as originally shipped, within 90 days, for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees, from the purchase date. Before returning your item, please contact us, so we can provide you with a RMA number.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please send us an E-mail requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.
